Shad Rogers

Shad Rogers is the Founder and Managing Director of Clairmont Development. He is a passionate talent development specialist who with over 20 years working at the world’s leading financial institutions has developed a keen understanding of what it takes for individuals to succeed in today’s environment.

Experience

He was last a Senior Manager at ADIA (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority) a leading sovereign wealth fund based in the United Arab Emirates. Shad was the Head of Learning focusing on the development of individuals and the organization. Prior to ADIA, he served as Vice President of Learning for PIMCO, a leading global investor, where he oversaw development initiatives ranging from graduate on-boarding programs to senior leadership development activities. Shad joined PIMCO in the Business Development group where he worked with clients on hedge funds and private equity offerings. He began his career at UBS where he focused on municipal bonds and absolute return strategies.

Shad is currently a Doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania.
He has completed the required course work and is in the dissertation phase where he is focusing on High Potential development in the GCC region.
